Applicants:Someone who has officially applied For a grant/funds from the foundation.

  • Our Grants are Supervised Grants by either or both our Grants manager or Organizational Affiliation

  • Funds will be release in phases, and the foundation demands progress report on the funds previously received by you.

  • The grant must be spent on the purpose approved by the foundation, otherwise, the foundation reserves the right to demand for funds refund.

  • The foundation reserves the right to dis-continue the release of funds if you are found of inappropriateness or misconduct which relate to bridge of Terms and conditions.

  • Applicant will be notified when their application has been approved by the foundation and you are expected to provide bank details within two (2) weeks of contact.

  • The official date for the start of your project is the day funds are distributed and received byyou, and it is expected that, funds should be utilized from the official project start date. On no condition, should you utilize funds until the project official start date.

  • The foundation has exclusively right to the result of the proposal and the foundation must be notify before such result is made known to the public.

  • The foundation encourages accurate and comprehensive financial report, and any funds not utilized must be sent back to the foundation. Failure of this may lead to the foundation blacklisting the applicant or the applicant’s organization and publish such act to our partners.

  • The foundation reserves the right to make public and to our partners the name and the name of the organization affiliation or any information the applicant shares with us and the grant

  • The foundation at any time may carry out a background check or visit you during the project implementation and must be available to receive the organization.

  • The information you share with us may be use by the foundation or his partners for administrative purpose.
